I purchased 4 cartons from Walmart in Garland, Texas. When I got home I opened one and saw the inner seal was pushed down. The second, third and fourth were the same way. I went back to the same Walmart to exchange them. I went to the normal shelves and pulled cartons...

I found a you tube video that demonstrated Swanson's one step lid. When you break the seal on the blue cap, it cuts the inner liner. Problem is the consumer doesn't know if...

I bought 2 Swanson chicken broths 32 oz. one natural and one 33% low salt. I went to use one in a stew and when I removed the cap the inside seal was broken. I opened the second one and the same thing was wrong. Is it company policy to ship them with broken seals...

I purchased three Swanson Chicken broths from Publix in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Each one that I opened had the seal broken. Is this a manufacturing problem or is someone tampering with them. The tops to unscrew on each carton, seemed to be properly sealed. This is...

You should put in bold letting that your cap opens the inner seal. I threw it out and used beef base and water instead, thinking my beef broth was tainted. It's 51 miles round trip to the grocery store for me. So going back to replace it was out of the question. What you have done is the equivalent of pulling out someone's chair without telling them you did it.

Swanson Broth Review

I bought two cartons of broth--one chicken--one beef--the foil seal was broken on both. I took them back to the Vons that I bought them from and they sent me back to exchange. I looked through about 15 containers and every single one had a broken seal. I got the Safeway brand instead. The store supervisor just kind of gave me a blank stare when I told her. Lame.
